Thank you, Mara, for offering this reminder that our body is a system--and our health can improve if we take a systems approach. I am finding that as I age, I have to continually tinker with my choices of food, movement, body products, cleaning products--you name it! Simplifying and going with cleaner options--whether that's avoiding fast food or cleaning products with lots of chemicals and fragrances that leach into the body--seems to be the right choice for my body.
